Our Company collects the following data from the sign in option you choose:

• Personal identification information such as; Name/Pseudo, Profile picture for an Avatar, email address from your account.

That’s all. We ask the strict minimum to create an account. We don’t collect any other data once you’re log in.

This information is a minimum requirement in order to identify users of the application with each other. (For the Name/Pseudo and Profile picture, that can be modified on the app)

About the email address, it’s the single data that allow us to identify each user account.

 

How do we collect your data?

We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online through Facebook / Apple / Google sign in options

 

How will we use your data?

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

• Manage your account.
• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
• As explained in our T&Cs, if we use more type of datas we will inform our users for : doing some statistics to understand better our market, work with others company if you don’t make opposition (If you agree, our company will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services)

When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

 

How do we store your data?

Our Company securely stores your data at a server from Scaleway company located in PARIS,our provider Scaleway attaches great importance to the security of your data/informations, they’re certified ISO/IEC 27001 MANAGEMENT DE LA SÉCURITÉ DE L'INFORMATION

Our Company will keep your data for 80 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by asking our development partner company to manage this request.

 

How to remove your profile?

From the app, on the top right you go on your settings, click on the pen button to modify your profile, you’ll see a “Remove my profile!” button. (cf. Annex section)

 

Marketing

Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
